A Florida TikTok creator who brands himself as a 'demonologist' and 'Grey Hat Hacker' has been jailed after allegedly accessing women's private information, claiming he could track one woman through her phone and posting details about them online.
Thirty-six-year-old Port St Lucie resident Mark Stephen Asea was booked into the St Lucie County Jail on 30 September and held on a $35,000 (£26,481.52) bond. He is facing a felony charge of an offence against computer users.
The latest case follows an earlier arrest in April over stalking and computer-related allegations. Prosecutors dropped that matter a month later, but reopened the criminal case on 24 September and filed a new charge alleging unauthorised access to a computer or electronic device.
Women Allegedly Found Private Data on TikTok
Court documents say two women contacted authorities after discovering confidential information about themselves in Asea's TikTok posts.
The information allegedly included login passwords, device information, banking details and other private data.
An investigator reviewing the videos noted that Asea discussed one woman's devices while appearing to know about her recent online purchases.

'Let's talk about your actual password,' Asea said, according to a transcript contained in the court documents. 'How about we talk about the last 10 purchases you made online?'
The woman told detectives that the password had only been shared inside a private TikTok chat room that Asea was not a member of. She suspected he may have entered the conversation using a dummy profile.
She also told investigators that none of the members of the private chat had been authorised to share her credentials elsewhere. She could not explain how Asea allegedly obtained information including her phone's identification number and banking records.
More Than 100 TikTok Videos Allegedly Mentioned One Woman
The alleged exposure went beyond individual pieces of private information.
Police said Asea uploaded more than 100 TikTok videos mentioning one of the women, sometimes posting as many as six videos about her in a single day.

Investigators also reported that he allegedly obtained a website where he posted a photograph of the woman getting a tattoo.
Detectives also documented a video in which Asea allegedly claimed he could determine the woman's location using her phone. 'Thanks to the GPS within her phone, but what did I do?' Asea said, according to the affidavit.
Remote Computer Access Allegedly Exposed Private Files
A second woman told investigators that she had previously asked Asea for technical assistance with her computer.
She said she allowed him to access the machine remotely in October 2025 so he could troubleshoot an application.
The woman later said Asea claimed he had effectively placed a virus on the computer while she was away, allowing him to view information without her knowledge. She said she never authorised that access.
She also told police that a photograph she had sent through a private Telegram conversation later appeared in one of Asea's TikTok videos.
Asea reportedly claimed in the comments that the photograph had come from WhatsApp. The woman provided investigators with a screenshot showing the photograph in the Telegram message.
Asea's Online Persona Included 'Grey Hat Hacker'
Asea's TikTok profile describes him as a 'Demonologist', 'Clairsentient', 'Empath', 'PTSD', 'Grey Hat Hacker' and 'Woodsman'.
An earlier version of the profile captured by investigators in April also listed 'former satanist' and 'cybersecurity engineer'.
The descriptions were self-identifications listed on his social media profile.
Criminal Case Returns After Earlier Dismissal
Asea's latest criminal case follows a separate legal dispute over alleged stalking.
A woman obtained a temporary injunction in July in a separate civil stalking protection case, according to court records. However, a judge dissolved the injunction and dismissed the case on 8 September.
Prosecutors then reopened the criminal case on 24 September and filed the current felony computer-access charge against Asea.
He was subsequently booked into St Lucie County Jail on 30 September and held on a $35,000 (£26,481.52) bond. He is due to be arraigned on 19 November.
Public court filings do not explain why the earlier criminal case was dropped in May or what prompted prosecutors to reopen the case in September.
The allegations against Asea have not been proven in court. He remains entitled to the presumption of innocence while the criminal proceedings continue.
